What was your motivation for enrolling in this course?
As a mechanical engineer in the water treatment industry I wanted to extend my knowledge by following some course specifically on water treatment. I started by doing a couple of TU Delft MOOCs which really made me enthusiastic about online learning and the quality of TU Delft.
It was clear that the next step was to take this Nanofiltration and Reverse Osmosis in Water Treatment course because I wanted to understand more fully the science, technology and applications of the filtration techniques we use every day.
How would you describe your online learning experience?
This course had an excellent combination of in-depth theory, explanation and practical demonstrations. The course designers have clearly have put a lot of effort into developing this course, which has compact lectures, digital excursions and even a digital practical.
What did you think of the online learning environment?
I had experienced TU Delft’s online environment with the MOOCs I took earlier and found it thoroughly supportive throughout the Nanofiltration course. Resources were readily available, contact with other participants was helpful and the tutors were highly approachable.
