Patricia Mancebo May is a Learning Developer at Delft University of Technology. She oversees the Online Course Development Process as process manager and advises teams on the design of MOOCs and other professional education courses to ensure these meet users’ needs while providing excellent quality education.

Patricia has worked in the educational field since 2010: as a researcher focused on innovation and education, as a teacher in different educational levels and institutions in Argentina and as a learning developer and educational advisor in The Netherlands. Patricia worked with an Agile approach incorporating design-thinking methodologies in daily tasks and promoting transformation and innovation in education. With experience in UX research, she aims to keep learners at the center of the learning experience as well as provide a satisfying course design.
