What was your motivation for enrolling in this course/program?
I am currently working as a senior manager on construction projects but apart from what I’d learned from others in my department, I had no idea what project management was like, despite having an engineering background. With this course I gained knowledge about the management of engineering projects and increased my passion for the construction industry.

How did/will this course impact your career or life?
On this course I learned that people are the key factor in any success. On completion I felt more valuable and confident because it changed and increased my thinking capacity, decision making and leadership in my daily activities.

How was your experience of learning online?
Learning online helped me greatly with scheduling activities and it increased my attention to deadlines, teamwork and self-supervision.

What advice would you give someone who is thinking of taking a similar course?
As technology is advancing and leading the world, it's very advantageous to be part of it and achieve more in your career.
