What was your motivation for enrolling in this course/program? 
To gain more knowledge on quantum computing on semiconductor devices, specifically in Germanium with the hope that this knowledge would improve my ability to understand and do research in a similar area of expertise.

How did/will this course impact your career or life? 
This course gave me more insight into the field and current ongoing research, which will help in finding a career which interests me. Additionally, I expect that with the knowledge I would be able to approach problems with a broader mindset.

How was your experience learning online?
I audited the course at a later date, which meant I could not participate in the assignments and exams, which I found to be disappointing. There was a small amount of repetition between the different lecturers/modules, which could be improved. However, the lectures were otherwise great.

What advice would you give someone who is thinking of taking a similar course?
This course gives a quick and easy overview of the research and developments in germanium quantum devices and shows which direction this technology is going. Do not expect to find the exact details in these courses. The full story can only be found in literature, but this course serves as a great starting point to the physics of germanium quantum devices.
