Marcela Tuler de Oliveira is an assistant professor at the Delft University of Technology, Faculty of Technology Policy and Management, Section of Information and Communication Technology.

She received a PhD in Digital solutions and Cybersecurity for Healthcare from the Amsterdam University Medical Center, University of Amsterdam. She has a Master's in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidade Federal Fluminense in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from the same university. Her research focuses on Privacy-Preserving Data Sharing, Distributed Ledger Technology, Smart System Architecture and New-Generation Networks.
