Bio

Léa Kayrouz is a researcher in the Department of History of Architecture and Urban Planning at Delft University of Technology’s Faculty of Architecture, where she recently earned her Master’s degree. Her work has focused on projects related to valuing water, including collaborations with Rijkswaterstaat (the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management).
Léa has contributed to the development of two professional education courses and co-authored an article on the preservation of the Dutch Waterlinie. Additionally, Lea has worked with colleagues on developing and refining the value case approach and was responsible for compiling the entry of Paris into UNESCO’s World Heritage Urban Atlas.
