Clelia Paraluppi is a Quality Assurance Officer at the TU Delft's Extension School for Continuing Education responsible for enhancing the institution's quality culture by developing comprehensive QA systems and processes. She formulated the organisation’s multi-layered Quality Standards & Indicators to ensure the online courses meet the highest educational standards.

Additionally, Clelia has co-authored publications on improving QA continuing education through organizational cultural change.
