Where does the workshop take place?
This course takes place at TU Delft, Campus The Hague, Bezuidenhoutseweg 63, New Babylon building. For information on how to reach the location by train, car, or bicycle, please refer to information at the bottom of this page. 


What is the dress code?
The dress code is 'business casual'.


Is the workshop and field trips accessible for people with wheelchair?
The workshop includes both classroom study and field trips, both of which are generally accessible. We ask that you contact us in advance of enrolling so that we can better understand and accommodate your needs.


What is the language during the course?
The course is taught in English. 


What does the workshop fee include?
The fee includes lunch, field trips transportation and group dinner at the end of the first day). Coffee, tea, and water will also be available at the study location throughout the workshop day.


Will I receive a certificate of attendance if I miss a part of the workshop?
You will receive a certificate of attendance when you attended the whole workshop.


What preparation is required before the workshop?
Video materials and additional readings and resources will be made available two weeks before the workshop starts on an online platform. Reviewing them is not mandatory but they may may assist you to put the content into perspective so you can make the most out of this workshop. 


Can you book a hotel for me?
We do not book hotel accommodation.
 

How to get to TU Delft, Campus The Hague

Address: Bezuidenhoutseweg 63, The Hague

From Central Station The Hague

  • Exit The Hague CS from its north-east entrance.
  • Turn left and walk towards the road, Bezuidenhoutseweg.
  • Upon reaching the road, turn right and walk down Bezuidenhoutseweg.
  • Continue walking, passing the main entrances of Babylon Hotel and Pels Rijcken.
  • You will find TU Delft The Hague at number 63 on your right side.

From the parking lot Q-Park Prinse Irenestraat 1

  • Take the lift to the ground floor. You will be inside the New Babylon building.
  • When you see the DE café, turn left and walk towards Sport City.
  • Take the exit next to the entrance of Sport City and turn right.
  • You will see TU Delft The Hague on your right side.

From the Bicycle Parking at Central Station

  • After parking your bike, take any exit to leave the parking area.
  • Walk towards the Babylon Hotel.
  • After passing the Babylon Hotel and Pels Rijken, you will see TU Delft The Hague on your right side.
