Bio

Tuomas Kuhmonen is currently Research Director at Finland Futures Research Centre, University of Turku, Finland. Previously, he has been Professor of Agricultural Policy (University of Helsinki) and Professor of Entrepreneurship (University of Jyväskylä). He has worked together with many governments, experts and stakeholders to learn about agricultural, food, rural and regional developments and policies.

His research interests include socio-economic transformations, systems thinking, policy studies, sustainability transition, manifestations of alternative futures and evolutionary epistemology.
